  Provided are a compound having the nitrogen-containing six-membered aromatic ring structure with high electron transport characteristic and high thermal stability, thereof electron transport material, and an OLED using the same. That is to say, a compound having the nitrogen-containing six-membered aromatic ring structure substituted by at least three nitrogen-containing six-membered aromatic groups, and an OLED material and an electron transport material comprising the compound having the nitrogen-containing six-membered aromatic ring structure. An OLED having a pair of anode and cathode and at least one organic layer including a light-emitting layer between the pair of the electrodes, wherein any of the organic layers comprises the compound having the nitrogen-containing six-membered aromatic ring structure.
