  合成了一种新颖，简单的荧光化学传感器DH。根据设计，DH在100％水性介质中显示出优异的选择性，基于PET机理，对Zn 2+的响应高于其他相关金属离子，并且Zn 2+与DH的结合常数经计算为7.27 ×10 8 M -2。重要的是，DH作为Zn 2+荧光化学传感器表现出高灵敏度，检测限（LOD）为19.25 nM，低于WHO指南（76.0μM）。此外，化学传感器DH与Zn 2+之间的化学计量比为2：1已通过Job's图，荧光滴定和高分辨率质谱进行了验证。此外，通过添加Na 2 EDTA ，DH对Zn 2+的识别过程在化学上是可逆的并且可循环利用。此外，由于其良好的生物相容性和低细胞毒性，DH已成功应用于活HK2细胞中Zn 2+和Na 2 EDTA的荧光成像。
