  Novel diaminomethylidene derivatives represented by formula (I) wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C3-C6 cycloalkyl group and others, R2 is a group of the following formula and others, R3 is a hydrogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl group and others, X is O, S, CHNO2, C(COOR4)2, C(COOR4)CN or C(CN)2) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof.
