An acrylic resin film, comprising an acrylic multi-layered polymer (A) comprising an outer layer composed of a thermoplastic polymer (III) and a layer composed of a cross-linked elastomer which the outer layer covers on the surface of, a methacrylic resin (B) comprising not less than 99 % by mass of a unit derived from methyl methacrylate and having a weight average molecular weight of not less than 50,000 and not more than 200,000 and an ultraviolet absorbing agent (C) having a hydroxyphenyltriazine skeleton, wherein the contained amount of the ultraviolet absorbing agent (C) is 0.1 to 1.5 % by mass relative to the total amount of the acrylic multi-layered polymer (A) and the methacrylic resin (B), the cross-linked elastomer layer comprises an intermediate layer composed of a cross-linked rubber polymer (II) and an inner layer composed of a cross-linked polymer (I) which the intermediate layer covers on the surface of, the cross-linked elastomer layer has an average diameter of not more than 120 nm, and an amount of acetone insoluble contained in the film is 35 to 55 % by mass.
