The present invention discloses compounds useful in treatment of conditions associated with dysfunction of ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase / phosphodiesterase-1 (ENPP1) enzyme. Specifically, the present invention discloses compound of formula (J) which exhibit inhibitory activity against ENPP1.
