There were no sex-related differences in the absorption, distribution, metabolism or excretion. Based on urinary excretion, absorption was 15-30% and maximum plasma concentrations were achieved within 30 minutes. At sacrifice, tissues and carcass contained less than 1% of radioactivity. The highest residue in the tissues was in the liver. Greater than 90% of the administered dose was eliminated within 24 hours.
