Disclosed is an oxygen-absorbing resin which exhibits excellent oxygen absorption performance even in the absence of a transition metal catalyst. Specifically disclosed is an oxygen-absorbing resin which is composed of a copolyester obtained by copolymerizing at least the following monomers (A)-(C).
