The bromination of bicyclo[2.2.2]octadiene-(2,5) (1) leads to a mixture of trans-2,3-dibromo-bicyclo[2.2.2]octene-(5) (9) and trans-3,5-dibromo-homotricyclene (7a) in the ratio 7:3. This result is explained by endo addition of bromine to (1) with formation of an intermediate homoallylic ion (23) or, possibly, the unusual symmetrical bridged bromonium ion (24).
双环[2.2.2]辛二烯-(2,5)(1)的溴化反应生成反式-2,3-二溴-双环[2.2.2]辛烯-(5)(9)和反式-3的混合物,比例为7:3的5-二溴-高三环烯(7a)。该结果是通过解释的内加入溴(1)与形成中间高烯丙基离子(23)或可能的话,不寻常的对称桥接溴离子(24)。
