摘要 开发了一种从 1-(1-芳基-2-甲氧基乙烯基)-2-溴苯合成 1,3-二芳基-2-甲氧基茚的高效两步法。因此,通过 1-(1-芳基-2-甲氧基乙烯基)-2-溴苯和丁基锂之间的卤素-锂交换原位生成的 2-(1-芳基-2-甲氧基乙烯基)苯基锂与芳香醛反应生成芳基[2-(1-芳基-2-甲氧基乙烯基)苯基]甲醇,然后用催化量的浓氢碘酸处理,以合理的产率得到相应的1,3-二芳基-2-甲氧基茚。
