8,13a-Propanoberbines. IV. Potassium permanganate oxidation of acetoneberberine type enamine.

Oxidation of acetonepalmatine (IV) with potassium permanganate proceeded as well as acetoneberberine (I) to give 8, 13a-propanoberbine derivative (VI). On the other hand, 13-methylacetoneberberine (V) reacted with potassium permanganate to form mainly a lactam (XIV) as a result of the oxidative fission of C13-C13a double bond, together with minor 8, 13a-propanoberbine products, XV and XVI.
丙酮巴马汀(IV)与高锰酸钾的氧化反应与丙酮小檗碱(I)类似,均生成8, 13a-丙基小檗碱衍生物(VI)。另一方面,13-甲基丙酮小檗碱(V)与高锰酸钾反应,主要生成内酰胺(XIV),这是由于C13-C13a双键的氧化断裂所导致,同时伴随少量8, 13a-丙基小檗碱产物XV和XVI。
