  摘要 2,4-双（4-甲氧基苯基）-1,3,2,4-二硫代二膦烷-2,4-二硫化物（Lawesson 试剂）与甘氨酰胺（2a-m）在苯中在 55 ∼ 60°C 下反应生成 1 ,3,2-diazaphospholidin-4-thone-2-sulfides (3a-m)。产物的结构已通过元素分析、核磁共振、红外、质谱和X射线衍射证实。初步生物测定结果表明，所制备的部分化合物对rap具有较高的选择性除草活性。
