  (EN) Novel guanidated aminophosphonic acid compounds their use as biocides and their intermediates. The compounds are guanidated N-(aminoalkyl) aminoalkanephosphonic acid derivatives and are characterized in that they comprise both a phosphonic acid type group and at least one guanidino group and also in that they are based on alkylene amines. The compounds have the general formula: (I) wherein Z and Z' are hydrogen, a lower alkyl group or an alkali metal, Y is hydrogen or an amidine group, m is 1-3, n is 4-16 and p is 1-3. The compounds can be prepared by reacting a halogenoalkanephosphonic acid compound with an alkylene di- or polyamine followed by guanidation of the so obtained product. The compounds are particularly useful as fungicides and especially as fungicides for industrial purposes.(FR) Nouveaux composés guanidatés de l'acide aminophosphonique, leur utilisation en tant que biocides et leurs produits intermédiaires. Ces composés sont des dérivés guanidatés de l'acide N-(amino-alkyle)amino-alcanephosphonique et sont caractérisés par le fait qu'ils comportent à la fois un groupe du type acide phosphonique et au moins un groupe guanidino, et par le fait qu'ils sont à base d'alcène-amines. Les composés sont de formule générale (I) où Z et Z' représentent un hydrogène, un alcoïle inférieur ou un métal alcalin, Y représente un hydrogène ou un radical amidine, m vaut de 1 à 3, n de 4 à 16 et p de 1 à 3. On peut préparer ces composés en faisant réagir un composé d'acide halogénoalcanephosphonique avec une alcène-diamine ou une alcène-polyamine, puis par guanidation du produit ainsi obtenu. Ces composés sont particulièrement utiles comme fongicides, et spécialement comme fongicides à des fins industrielles.
