Oligodeoxyribonucleoside boranophosphates (PB-ODNs) were synthesized in a stereocontrolled manner via the corresponding H-phosphonates with fully deprotected nucleobases by using diastereopure 2′-deoxyribonucleoside 3′-O-oxazaphospholidine monomers bearing acid-labile protecting groups on the nucleobases.
