    合成了新的三环噻唑并[2,3- d ] [1,3,5]恶二唑啉的亚苄基和呋喃叉衍生物,并通过1 H和13 C NMR谱证实了其结构。结果表明,11 H -5,11,5-戊烷-[1,1,5]三基[1,3]噻唑洛[2,3- d ]-[1,3,5]恶二唑-1的亚烷基衍生物-Z作为Z-异构体和E-异构体的混合物获得。异构体混合物的重结晶提供了主要的Z-异构体,其结构已通过X射线结构分析确定。

    An efficient method has been successfully developed for the synthesis of oxygen-bridged pyrimidine tricyclic derivatives from salicylaldehyde, ethyl acetoacete, and urea catalyzed by PdO in very good yield. A series of different oxygen-bridged pyrimidine tricyclic derivatives has been synthesized, in which two compounds' x-ray crystal structure were obtained.

    The reaction of 2,6-methano[1, 3, 5]benzoxadiazocines, obtained in Biginelli reaction, with chloroacetic acid derivatives produced previously unknown tricyclic methano[1,3]thiazolo[2,3-d][1,3,5]benz-oxadiazocines, the structure of which was proved by (1)De NMR spectroscopy and X-ray structural analysis. The methano[1,3]thiazolo[2,3-d][1,3,5]benzoxadiazocines showed no antiradical activity in contrast to the starting 2,6-methano[1,3,5]benzoxadiazocines.

    Novel benzylidene and furylidene derivatives of tricyclic thiazolo[2,3-d][1,3,5]oxadiazocines were synthesized, and their structures were confirmed by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. It was shown that ylidene derivatives of 11H-5,11,5-pentane-[1,1,5]triyl[1,3]thiazolo[2,3-d]-[1,3,5]oxadiazocin-1-one are obtained as a mixture of Z- and E-isomers.
