GRAPHICAL ABSTRACT ABSTRACT N-(4-acetylphenyl)-N′-(2-nitrobenzoyl)-thiourea has been synthesized in high yield under PEG-400 as the phase-transfer catalyst and its the compound structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.
