  3-Oxo-4,5-oxido-10β-steroids have previously been shown to rearrange photolytically to the corresponding 3,5-dioxo-10(5 4)-abeo compounds (cf. a, b c). According to the present findings, the 10α-testosterone oxide 4 gives specifically the l0α-product 5 and the stereoisomeric 4-methyl-testosterone oxides 8 and 10 undergo stereospecific rearrangements to the products 11 and 12 respectively.

  先前已显示3-Oxo-4,5-oxido-10β-类固醇可光解成相应的3,5-dioxo-10（5 4）-abeo化合物（参见a，bc）。根据目前的发现，10α-睾丸酮氧化物4具体给出了10α-产物5，而立体异构体4-甲基-睾丸酮氧化物8和10分别经历了对产物11和12的立体特异性重排。
