The ring transformation of 1,3-dinitroquinolizin-4-one, which is one of the condensed ring compounds of 1-substituted 3,5-dinitro-2-pyridone series, with enolate anions, R1CH2CO\barCHCOR2, gave the corresponding 2-COR2-6-R1-4-nitrobenzene-1,3-diols. The results show that carbonyl carbon of the quinolizinone behaves as reaction site in the ring transformation.
1,3-二硝基喹嗪-4-酮的环转化是1-取代3,5-二硝基-2-吡啶酮系列缩合环化合物之一,与烯醇阴离子R1CH2CO\barCHCOR2一起,产生了相应的2-COR2-6-R1-4-硝基苯-1,3-二醇。结果表明,喹嗪酮的羰基碳在环转化中充当反应位点。
