Covalent Organic Frameworks Based Photoenzymatic Nano‐reactor for Asymmetric Dynamic Kinetic Resolution of Secondary Amines

Candida antarctica lipase B (CALB) in a photosensitive covalent organic framework material COF-Ir. The bio-nanoreactor could serve as efficient catalyst in dynamic kinetic resolution of secondaryamines to give a series of chiral amines in high yields (up to 99 %) and enantioselectivities (up to 99 % ee). The heterogeneous photoenzymatic nanoreactor showed high stability and reusability.
A two-step procedure involving cross-metathesis and reductive amination enables easy access to α-methylamines and α,α′-dimethyldiamines from a wide variety of terminal olefins.
