    The known compound trojanoside A (1) and a new cycloartane glycoside cyclostipuloside E (2) were isolated from the aerial parts of Tragacantha stipulosa Bofiss. The structure of cyclostipuloside E was proposed as 24R-cycloartan-3beta,6alpha,16beta,24,25-pentaol 6,16,25-tri-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside 3-O-beta-D-xylopyranoside based on physicochemical data and chemical transformations.

    The aerial part of Astragalus mucidus Bunge (Leguminosae) contains several isoprenoid compounds, two of which were isolated pure. The structure of a new triterpene glycoside of the cycloartane series, cycloascidoside A, was determined as 24R-cycloartan-3β,6α,16β,24,25-pentaol-3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside-6-O-β-Dglucopyranoside. D-3-O-Methyl-chiro-inositol was also identified.
    豆科植物Astragalus mucidus Bunge的地上部分含有多种类异戊二烯化合物,其中两种被纯化分离出来。新发现的环阿坦型三萜糖苷cycloascidoside A的结构被确定为24R-环阿坦-3β,6α,16β,24,25-五醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷-6-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷。此外,还鉴定出了D-3-O-甲基-手性肌醇。

    Two known compounds of the cycloartane series - cyclosieversiosides C and G - and the new glycoside cycloglobiceposide B - 24R-cycloartane-3 beta,6 alpha,16 beta,24,25-pentaol 16,25-di-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside 3-O-beta-D-xylopyranoside - have been isolated from the roots of Astragalus globiceps Bunge. The structures of the glycosides were established on the basis of the the results of enzymatic and total hydrolysis and also of H-1 and C-13 NMR spectra.
