Synthesis and reactivities of 3-Indocyanine-green-acyl-1,3-thiazolidine-2-thione (ICG-ATT) as a new near-infrared fluorescent-labeling reagent
摘要:
A new near-infrared fluorescent-labeling reagent (ICG-ATT) bearing the 3-acyl-1,3-thiazolidine-2-thione (ATT) moiety with the chemoselective acylation feature and the dye moiety of indocyanine green (ICG) has been developed. Synthesis and reactivities of the ICG-ATT are described. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
Indocyanine green (ICG) derivatives having nucleophilic substituents were synthesized as pH-responsive near-infrared dyes. pH-responsivedyes 1-C with closed-ring structures smoothly internalized and converted to emissive open-ring structures 1-O in response to relatively low pHs in acidic intracellular compartments of HeLa cells.
Nanoparticles at work: High‐contrast tumorimaging of mice was performed by usingcopolymers with hydrophobic and hydrophilic polymer brushes that form cross‐linked assemblies and show a highly stable core surface in aqueous media (see picture). Cyclic RGD peptides and glucosamine moieties were localized on the surface of the assemblies and acted as targeting agents (TA) that enhanced the accumulation
