A series of novel 1‐methyl‐3‐(4‐phenyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)‐1H‐indazoles was synthesized in three steps from 5‐(1‐methyl‐1H‐indazol‐3‐yl)‐4‐phenyl‐2H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3(4H)‐thiones. 5‐(1‐Methyl‐1H‐indazol‐3‐yl)‐4‐phenyl‐2H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3(4H)‐thiones were converted into 1‐methyl‐3‐(5‐(methylsulfonyl)‐4‐phenyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)‐1H‐indazoles upon methylation followed by treatment with aq. KMnO4
一系列新的1-甲基-3-(4-苯基-4- ħ -1,2,4-三唑-3-基)-1 ħ -indazoles以三个步骤来合成由5-(1-甲基-1- ħ吲哚-3-基)-4-苯基-2 H -1,2,4-三唑-3(4 H)-硫酮。5-(1-甲基-1 H-吲唑-3-基)-4-苯基-2 H 1,2,4-三唑-3(4 H)-硫酮转化为1-甲基-3-(5 (甲基磺酰基)-4-苯基-4- H -4、1,2,4-三唑-3-基)-1 H-吲唑经甲基化后用碳酸氢钠处理 KMnO 4。1-甲基-3-(5-(甲基磺酰基)-4-苯基-4 H -1,2,4-三唑-3-基)-1 H的反应带有阮内镍的吲哚导致磺酰化反应,得到相应的1-甲基-3-(4-苯基-4 H -1,2,4-三唑-3-基)-1 H-吲唑。所有新合成的化合物都通过光谱技术进行了表征。
