  Six steroidal glycosides, along with 14 known compounds, were isolated from the underground parts of Trillium erectum L. (Liliaceae). The structures of 1-6 were determined on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis, including two-dimensional (2D) NMR data, and a few chemical transformations.
