  为了合成由于CONH 3 OR的分子内氢键而具有特定构象的聚酰胺，研究了在苯环上带有烷氧基的3-（4-辛氧基氧苄基氨基）苯甲酸酯的链增长缩聚反应。聚合后，很容易用三氟乙酸除去酰胺键氮上的4-辛氧基苄基，得到所需的聚酰胺，其溶解度低于预期。此外，我们发现通过将碱缓慢加入单体溶液中来选择性地获得环状三酰胺。
