he invention relates to an Organic light emitting diode comprising an anode electrode, a cathode electrode, at least one emission layer and an organic semiconductor layer, wherein the organic semiconductor layer is arranged between the anode electrode and the cathode electrode and the organic semiconductor layer comprises an alkali organic complex and a compound of formula 1 wherein X is selected from O, S or Se; and R1 and R2 are independently selected from the group consisting of C6 to C18 aryl group and C5 to C18 heteroaryl group, wherein each of R1 and R2 may independently be unsubstituted or substituted with at least one C1 to C12 alkyl group or C1 to C12 alkoxy group, preferably C1 to C4 alkyl group or C1 to C4 alkoxy group; and each R3, R4, R5, and R6 are independently selected from the group consisting of H, C1 to C12 alkyl group or C1 to C12 alkoxy group, preferably H, C1 to C4 alkyl group or C1 to C4 alkoxy group; a method for preparing the same and the compound of Formula 1 comprised therein.
