  摘要：

  本发明涉及一种抗坏血酸乙基醚的制备工艺，以抗坏血酸和丙酮为原料，在草酰氯催化下反应8‑10小时，过滤，洗涤，干燥得到5,6‑O‑异亚丙基‑L‑抗坏血酸；在母液中加入碱土金属氧化物除去草酸、氯化氢及水分，丙酮经分子筛干燥后可重复使用；将乙基化试剂、无机碱、5,6‑O‑异亚丙基‑L‑抗坏血酸溶于乙醇中，40‑60℃条件下反应6‑8小时，提纯得到3‑乙基‑5,6‑O‑异亚丙基‑L‑抗坏血酸；经氯化氢醇溶液脱除异亚丙基保护基团，浓缩，加入溶解性低的溶剂重结晶得到抗坏血酸乙基醚。该工艺解决了丙酮回收套用难题，不使用有毒有害溶剂和有机碱，不产生大量废液，经济环保；工艺过程易于控制，收率高，易于工业化推广。
