  摘要：

  本发明涉及一种可聚合的季铵盐类阳离子单体的制备方法，将溶剂、丙烯酸混合后，滴加NaOH饱和溶液，升温并滴加3‑氯‑2‑羟丙基三甲基氯化铵溶液，55～75℃下反应4～6h；反应结束后冷却，减压蒸馏除去溶剂，得单体粗品，冷却后加良性溶剂溶解，抽滤收集滤液浓缩，冷却后加不良溶剂析出沉淀，干燥得白色固体产品。溶剂为无水乙醇、乙腈、丙酮或异丙醇的一种，溶剂和水体积比为1∶1，水与丙烯酸的摩尔比为16.6∶1，丙烯酸与氢氧化钠的摩尔比为1∶1，CHPTAC与丙烯酸的摩尔比0.8～1.3∶1；此反应操作简单，产率较高，合成的可聚合的季铵盐类阳离子单体吸附基团更丰富，水中溶解性好，聚合活性高，进一步丰富可供聚合的阳离子单体的种类。
