  A new cycloartane glycoside, cycloglobiseposide C, is isolated from the roots of Astragalus globiceps Bunge. The structure 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-3)-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl cycloglobisepogenin is proposed on the basis of NMR spectra.
