    The invention provides compounds that inhibit or modulate the activity of p70S6 kinase, the compounds being of the formula (0), or a salt, tautomer or N-oxide thereof; wherein: X1 is N or N+(0-); X2 is N or CH; Q1 is an optionally substituted C1-8 alkylene; Q2 is a bond or an optionally substituted C1-8 alkylene group; R1 is selected from hydrogen and a group Cy1; Cy1 is an optionally substituted 4 to 7 membered monocyclic non-aromatic carbocyclic or heterocyclic group containing 0, 1 or 2 heteroatom ring members selected from O and S and oxidised forms of S; R2, R3 and R4 are the same or different and each is selected from hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, C1-2 alkyl and C1-2 alkoxy, wherein each C1-2 alkyl and C1-2 alkoxy is optionally substituted with two or more fluorine atoms; Ar1 is an optionally substituted monocyclic 5 or 6-membered aryl or heteroaryl ring containing 0, 1 or 2 heteroatom ring members selected from O, N and S, or a naphthyl ring Ar2 is an optionally substituted bicyclic 8 to 1 1 -membered heteroaryl group containing 1, 2, 3 or 4 heteroatom ring members selected from O, N and S. The compounds are useful in medicine, for example in the treatment of a disease or condition selected from cancers (e.g. triple negative breast cancer, brain tumours and brain metastases arising from non-brain cancers), neurodevelopmental diseases (e.g. Fragile X syndrome) and neurodegenerative diseases.

    A laser-weldable flame-retardant resin composition (for a member located in a transmitting side) comprises (A) a polyester-series resin and (B) at least one phosphinic acid compound selected from the group consisting of a salt of a phosphinic acid, a salt of a diphosphinic acid, and a polymer thereof (preferably, a metal salt). The resin composition may have a laser light transmittance of not less than 15% for a molded product comprising the resin composition and having a thickness of 2 mm. The resin composition may further contain a fluorine-containing resin, a nitrogen-containing flame retardant (e.g., a salt of a triazine compound with cyanuric acid and/or isocyanuric acid), and/or a filler (e.g., a glass fiber), and others. Such a resin composition realizes both of laser-weldability (laser transmissivity) and flame retardancy at high levels.

    Provided are: a flame-retardant polybutylene terephthalate resin composition which exhibits excellent flame retardance, glow-wire properties (GWIT), tracking resistance and bleed resistance in spite of a fact that a polybutylene terephthalate resin is used as a sole resin component; and a molded product of the resin composition. A flame-retardant polybutylene telephthalate resin composition containing (A) a polybutylene telephthalate resin, (B) a phosphinic acid salt, (C) a phosphazene compound, and (D) a nitrogen-containing cyclic compound, which exhibits a flame retardance in accordance with a UL94 flammability test of V-0, a glow-wire ignition temperature (GWIT) in accordance with IEC60695-2-13 standard of 775°C or more, and a comparative tracking index (CTI) in accordance with IEC60112 standard of 400 V or more, and bleed out does not occur when the composition is treated at 110°C for 20 hours.

    A flame-retardant resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin; a flame retardant comprising a phosphorus-containing compound (A), a aromatic resin (B), and at least one flame-retardant auxiliary (C) selected from a nitrogen-containing compound and a metal salt of an inorganic acid; and at least one stabilizer auxiliary (D) selected from a compound having a functional group reactive to an active hydrogen atom and a water-repellent compound. The phosphorus-containing compound may be a phosphoric ester. The aromatic resin may be a polyphenylene sulfide-series resin or a polyphenylene oxide-series resin. The nitrogen-containing compound is a salt of an amino group-containing triazine compound with an oxygen acid, a salt of an amino group-containing triazine compound with a hydroxyl group-containing triazine compound, a polyphosphoric acid amide, a cyclic urea compound, or others. The present invention provides a flame-retardant resin composition which has been flame-retarded without using a halogen-containing flame retardant.
