    One of the purposes of the present invention is to provide a silicone adhesive composition which provides an adhesive layer having an excellent antistatic property and which has an excellent bond strength to a tape substrate and, therefore, when an adhesive tape or film having the adhesive layer is peeled from a tape-stuck body, less residual adhesive occurs on the tape-stuck body. The other purpose of the present invention is to provide a silicone adhesive composition which cures well by heating for a short time, particularly for less than 5 minutes, to provide an adhesive layer having an excellent antistatic property. The present invention first provides a silicone adhesive composition comprising (A) an addition reaction-curable silicone, (B1) a compound having at least two unsaturated hydrocarbon groups and two (poly)oxyalkylene residues in one molecule, and (C) an ionic liquid containing no lithium. The present invention secondly provides a silicone adhesive composition comprising (A) an addition reaction-curable silicone, (B) a compound having at least one unsaturated hydrocarbon group and at least one (poly) oxyalkylene residue in one molecule, (C) an ionic liquid containg no lithium and (e) a platinum group metal catalyst which is not a complex with a compound having an unsaturated hydrocarbon bond.
