制备方法与用途

应用

双羟乙基油烯基胺是一种重要的石油化工中间体，在化工生产中已经渗透到各个领域。然而，目前其国内产量相对过剩。以它为原料合成新型表面活性剂，不仅增加了二乙醇胺的附加值，还丰富了表面活性剂种类。

制备

在装有搅拌装置的250 mL四口烧瓶中，加入0.1 mol的1-溴-9-十八烯和0.1 mol相应的二乙醇胺、无水碳酸钠，并加入100 mL无水乙醇作为溶剂。在80℃下反应8小时后，蒸出部分乙醇并离心分离除去残余固体，再常压蒸除剩余乙醇，最后减压蒸除未反应的原料，冷却后得到浅黄色粘稠液体双羟乙基油烯基胺。

  A system and method for treating hoof related diseases, particularly hairy heel warts (papillomatus digital dermatitis), includes an aqueous solution having a metal astringent at a therapeutically effective concentration. The metal astringent includes aluminum, iron, and mixtures thereof. In preferred embodiments, the metal may include a mixture of monomeric and polymeric species. The polymeric species may be in the form of a polymeric concentrate, such as, for example, polyaluminum chloride or polyferric sulfate. Alternatively, the polymeric species may be formed by partially neutralizing a metal salt. The aqueous solution of the metal astringent is applied to a lower leg and hoof area of an animal using any known application technique, including, but not limited to, foot baths, foams and spray applications. In preferred embodiments, the aqueous solution is applied using an automated dispensing system. The aqueous solution may include additional components, such as surfactants and thickeners, to enhance the performance of the metal astringent or contribute additional functionality.

  The present invention provides a process for producing a saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon prepared using an α-olefin as a raw material and represented by the general formula (1), including the steps of: (I) producing a vinylidene olefin by dimerizing the α-olefin in the presence of a metallocene complex catalyst; (II) further dimerizing the vinylidene olefin in the presence of an acid catalyst; and (III) hydrogenating the obtained dimer. Further, there are provided a lubricant composition containing the saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon compound produced by the above process, a bearing oil consisting of the lubricant composition, and making use of the same, a bearing and gyral equipment. The saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon compounds produced by the process of the present invention have low-temperature fluidity, exhibiting low evaporativity, and excellent in thermal stability and oxidation stability. Thus, the saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon compounds are suitable for use as, for example, a base oil of lubricant composition for hydraulic pressure, turbine, working machine, bearing, gear, metal-working, etc.
