There are provided: an easy-release laminate having a high adhesive property when in use while allowing easy release of a substrate thereof when irradiated with energy, the laminate comprising (A): a substrate, (B): an adhesive that becomes capable of release when receiving energy, and (C): an adhesive that does not become capable of release even when receiving energy, which are laminated sequentially; and a resin composition comprising an epoxy resin and/or a modified silicone resin, and a foaming agent.

The photocyclisation rate of 2-allyl-3-(or 5-)aminophenols (1, 4 and 8) is dramatically enhanced, when compared with reference compounds, as a consequence of a coupled proton/electron transfer process.
