[PdC6H2(CH2CH2NH2)-(OMe)2,3,4} (μ-Br)]2 complex of homoveratrylamine was synthesized and its application in the Heck coupling reaction was studied. This complex had been demonstrated to be active and efficientcatalyst for the Heck reaction of aryl iodides, bromides and even chlorides.
