Cooling coils (13) and (14), for condensing perfluorochemical vapors (6), are located in the inlet (11) and outlet (12) of the vessel (10). A coating (8) on a substrate (7) is carried through the vessel (10) on a continuously moving belt (15). The coating (8) is cured by vapors (6) and radiant energy from energy source (9) passing through windows (16).
