Mn(OAc)<sub>3</sub>-mediated synthesis of β-hydroxyphosphonates from P(O)–H compounds and alkenes

A new and general method for the synthesis of β-hydroxy phosphonates has been achieved through Mn(OAc)3-mediated radical oxidative phosphonation of alkenes with H-phosphonates and H-phosphine oxide. The starting materials of P(O)âH compounds and alkenes are stable and cheap. Mn(OAc)3 can be readily prepared from Mn(OAc)2 in the laboratory. This method can be easily adapted to large-scale preparations.
已经实现了一种新的通用合成β-羟基膦酸酯的方法,通过Mn(OAc)3介导的自由基氧化膦化反应,将烯烃与H-膦酸盐和H-膦烯氧化物反应。P(O)–H化合物和烯烃的起始材料稳定且廉价。Mn(OAc)3可以在实验室中便捷地由Mn(OAc)2合成。该方法很容易适应大规模制备。
