The possible metabolites of quinocetone in animals had been prepared with different selective reagent by three synthetic routes. It was their principal reaction that Na2S2O4 reduced quinoxaline-1,4-dioxide derivatives to quinoxaline derivatives, H(2)O(2 s)oxidized 2-carboxyl-quinoxaline derivatives to 2-carboxyl-quinoxaline-1-oxide ones and P(OCH3)(3) reduced 2-carboxyl- quinoxaline-1,4-dioxide derivatives
通过三种合成路线,用不同的选择性试剂制备了喹烯酮可能在动物体内的代谢产物。他们的主要反应是 Na2S2O4 将 quinoxaline-1,4-dioxide 衍生物还原为 quinoxaline 衍生物,H(2)O(2s) 将 2-carboxyl-quinoxaline 衍生物氧化为 2-carboxyl-quinoxaline-1-oxide 和 P( OCH3)(3) 将 2-羧基-喹喔啉-1,4-二氧化物衍生物还原为 3-羧基-喹喔啉-1-氧化物衍生物。标题化合物经 NMR、UV、FAB-MS 等确认。
