    Disclosed are a novel electron-accepting compound which is a benzenesulfonamide derivative having a specific structure, a heat-sensitive recording material having a heat-sensitive recording layer containing the above electron-accepting compound, a heat-sensitive recording material having a heat-sensitive recording layer containing at least two specific benzenesulfonamide derivatives, a heat-sensitive recording material having a heat-sensitive recording layer containing a benzenesulfonamide derivative and a diphenylsulfone derivatives a heat-sensitive recording material having a heat-sensitive recording layer containing a specific benzenesulfonamide derivative and an ultraviolet absorbent or an aromatic isocyanate compound, and a heat-sensitive recording material having a substrate containing a recycled paper pulp or a non-wood pulp. These heat-sensitive recording materials are excellent in thermal response, retainability of ground/recorded image, saturation density and retainability of an image portion against light.

    Disclosed are a scratch color-developable ink comprising an electron-donating colorless or light-color dye precursor, an electron-accepting color developer and a varnish, wherein a solid particle component contained therein has an average particle diameter of 0.3 to 25 µm, a scratch color-developable ink comprising an electron-donating colorless or light-color dye precursor, an electron-accepting color developer and a varnish, wherein an azaphthalide compound is contained as the electron-donating colorless or light-color dye precursor, and an invisible information printed sheet obtained by printing invisible information on a support with the above scratch color-developable ink. The above scratch color-developable ink makes invisible information visible easily by scratching with a finger nail although the color of an invisible information printed portion is hard to develop by frictional contact during usual handling, gives a high developed color intensity and is free from the occurrence of dust during the visualization of invisible information.

    The present invention, relates to methods including compounds, derivatives, antibodies, interfering RNA, biologies, polypeptides, dominant negative effectors, and their use in the treatment of neuropathic pain by inhibition of transient receptor potential (TRP) channels. In another embodiment, this invention relates to inhibitors, antagonists, and agonists of TRPC4. TRPC4 therapeutic agents and modulators include but are not limited to small molecule inhibitors, compounds, amino acid derivatives, polypeptides, RNA interference agents, natural chemicals, ligand derivatives, and ions. TRPC4 therapeutic agents and modulators are developed for the treatment of neuropathic pain, including but not limited to pain sensations such as nociception, hyperalgesia, allodynia, and loss of sensory function.
