Another purifier of the invention comprises the second non-woven fabric which is made from fibers including 30-90 weight % of a rayon and 10-70 weight % of a hydrophobic fiber of which material is selected from the group consisting of a polyester, an ethylene polymer, a propylene polymer and an acrylonitrile polymer. The cleaning material of the invention is characterized in that the second non-woven fabric is impregnated with a detergent which includes 5-30 weight % of an alcohol, 0.01-0.5 weight % of a surfactant and 64.7-94.99 weight % of water, and the amount of the detergent is 60-95 weight % based on the total weight of the cleaning material.
