制备方法与用途

生物活性

Cortisol sulfate(皮质醇21硫酸酯,HY-N0583的一种代谢物)是细胞内运皮质激素蛋白的特异性配体

体内研究

皮质醇硫酸酯(3 mg;腹肌注射;每两天一次;持续2-7周)直接作用于中枢神经系统,影响行为表现。

具体实验结果如下:

  • 动物模型:雄性Wistar-King大鼠
  • 剂量:3 mg
  • 给药方式:腹肌注射,每两天一次,持续2-7周
  • 结果:治疗在断奶后不久(出生后第21-24天)开始时,对动物的探索行为(行走和站立)产生了显著刺激作用。

Also provided are kits for detecting cancer or determining the prognosis of a cancer patient.
