  Provided herein are new materials for application in the field of organic semiconductors, organic thin-film transistors, and broadband photodetectors and specifically to thienothiadiazole-based polymer semiconductors and their applications in organic electronic devices such as thin-film field-effect transistors, photodetectors, and solar cells.
