摘要 制备了 2-肼基-3-氯喹喔啉 2,并与活性亚甲基化合物、硫氰酸钾、二硫化碳、异硫氰酸苯酯、乙酸、氯甲酸乙酯、原甲酸三乙酯和劳森试剂 (LR) 反应,得到一类新的稠合喹喔啉 4 –16,分别。此外,还制备了 2,3-二肼基喹喔啉 3 并与二硫化碳、异硫氰酸苯酯和原甲酸三乙酯反应,得到相应的二 [1,2,4] 三唑并-[4,3-a:3',4'-c ]-喹喔啉分别为 17–19。3 与 LR 反应得到相应的二 [1,2,4,3] 三唑磷并 [4,5-a:5',4'-c]quinoxaline-1,6-dithione (20)。发现所有合成的化合物都表现出抗微生物活性并且化合物20具有广谱的活性。图形概要
