A Simple and Efficient Procedure for Synthesis of Optically Active 1,2,4-Triazolo-[3,4-<i>b</i>]-1,3,4-Thiadiazole Derivatives Containing<scp>l</scp>-Amino Acid Moieties

Some new and optically active 1,2,4‐triazolo thiadiazoles bearing N‐phthaloyl‐l‐amino acids were synthesized by reaction of 4‐amino‐5‐(3‐ or 4‐)pyridyl‐3‐mercapto‐(4H)‐1,2,4‐triazoles with N‐phthaloyl‐l‐amino acids in the presence of phosphorusoxychloride. All the newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis.
通过4-氨基-5-(3-或4-)吡啶基-3-巯基-(4 H)反应合成了一些带有N-邻苯二甲酰基-l-氨基酸的新型光学活性1,2,4-三唑并噻二唑氧氯化磷存在下的1,2,4-三唑与N-邻苯二甲酰基-l-氨基酸。通过IR,1 H NMR,13 C NMR和元素分析证实所有新合成的化合物。
