  流感病毒感染构成了重要的健康问题，需要更有效的治疗方法。我们最近确定了（（2 R，3 S，4 R，5 R）-3-乙酰氧基-5-（4-苯甲酰胺-2-氧嘧啶-1（2 H）-基）-4-氟-3,4 -二甲基-四氢呋喃-2-基）苯甲酸甲酯（18c）作为有效的流感病毒抑制剂。现在，我们在这里报告一系列C-3'修饰的核糖核苷的合成和评估。这些新化合物的制备主要是通过使用已知的（（2 R，3 R，4 R）-3-苯甲酰氧基-4-氟-4-甲基-5-氧代-四氢呋喃-2-基）苯甲酸甲酯（1），然后将其转化为C-3酮糖（7），使C-3酮基与甲基溴化镁反应，然后将这些糖与嘌呤和嘧啶碱基偶联。通过针对A和B病毒株进行筛选来确定抗流感病毒活性。
