Synthesis and Antihypertensive Activity of 2-Imino-2,3-dihydro-5H-1,3,4-thiadiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolin-5-ones

3a‐c. Compounds 3a‐c underwent cyclo‐condensation with cyanogen bromide to produce th title compounds 5a‐c in 56‐87% yields. Preliminary pharmacological evaluation of these compounds for antihypertensive activity on anesthetized rats was accomplished.
用肼衍生物水解靛红酸酐 (1) 得到邻氨基苯甲酰肼 2a-c。用二硫化碳处理这些化合物得到 3-取代的氨基-2-巯基-喹唑啉-4 (3H)-酮 3a-c。化合物 3a-c 与溴化氰环缩缩合得到标题化合物 5a-c,产率 56-87%。完成了这些化合物对麻醉大鼠的抗高血压活性的初步药理学评价。
