The present invention provides an organic semiconductor solution that can produce an organic semiconductor film having acceptable semiconductor properties while endowed with improved film-forming properties due to substantial polymer content. This organic semiconductor solution contains an organic solvent as well as a polymer and an organic semiconductor precursor dissolved in the organic solvent. The proportion of the polymer in relation to the total of the polymer and the organic semiconductor precursor is equal to or greater than 3 mass %.
