Assembly of indolo[1,2-c]quinazolines using ZnBr2-promoted domino hydroamination–cyclization
摘要:
An efficient protocol to generate indolo[1,2-c]quinazolines from acyclic alkyne substrates by ZnBr2-promated domino hydroamination-cyclization has been established. The dichotomous properties of zinc salts involving alkynophilicity and oxophilicity assure a one-pot formation of five- and six-membered nitrogen-containing rings in the skeleton.
