    Pd(II)Cl-2 (1 mole equivalent)/CuCl/DMF-H2O/O-2/2h catalysed oxidation of various prop-2-enyl ethers 1a-12a is reported to result in the formation of Wacker ketones 1b,3b,5b,6b,9b,11b,12b (12-51%), hydrolysis products 2c,4c-7c,9c-12c (12-43%) and eta(2)-vinyl complexes of palladium chloride 2d,4d,7d,8d (52-94%) respectively. The corresponding prop-1-enyl ethers 2e,4e-12e under similar conditions react with a catalytic amount of Pd(II)Cl-2 (0.2 mole equivalent) rapidly (15-20 min.) to give exclusively hydroxy compounds 2c,4c-12c respectively in good yields (75-97%).     The present invention relates to a method for preparation of organofluoro compounds containing radioactive isotope fluorine-18. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for preparation of organofluoro compound by reacting fluorine salt containing radioactive isotope fluorine-18 with alkyl halide or alkyl sulfonate in the presence of alcohol of Chemistry (FIG. 1 ) as a solvent to obtain high yield of organofluoro compound. Synthesis reaction according to the present invention may be carried out under mild condition to give high yield of the organofluoro compounds and the reaction time is decreased, and thereby is suitable for the mass production of the organofluoro compounds.

    [FR] La présente invention a trait à un procédé pour la préparation de composés organofluorés contenant du fluor 18 isotope radioactif. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention a trait à un procédé pour la préparation de composé organofluoré par la réaction de sel de fluor contenant du fluor 18 isotope radioactif avec de l'halogénure d'alkyle ou du sulfonate d'alkyle en présence d'alcool de chimie (Fig. 1) sous la forme d'un solvant pour obtenir un rendement élevé de composé organofluoré. La réaction de synthèse selon la présente invention peut être effectuée dans des conditions modérées pour obtenir un rendement élevé de composés organofluorés et le temps de réaction est réduit, et le procédé est donc approprié pour la production de masse de composés organofluorés.
