摘要 2-氧代丙酸在乙醇酸反应以ñ - (丙-2-烯-1-基)肼硫代酰胺以1:1的摩尔比,以形成缩氨基硫脲ħ 2 L.配位化合物的Cu(HL)X [X =氯- ,溴–,NO 3 – ],Cu(H 2 O)(L),Ni(HL)2,Co(HL)2 X [X = Cl –,Br – ]和Fe(HL)2 X [X = NO H 2 L与铜(II),镍(II),钴(II)和铁(III)盐的反应中形成3 –,Br – ] 。Cu(H 2的反应O)(L)与咪唑(Im)和3,4-二甲基吡啶(3,4-Lut)形成混合配体络合物Cu(A)(L)[A = Im,3,4-Lut]。通过单晶X射线衍射分析确定了两种铜配合物的结构。合成的复合物在15.62–1000μg/ mL的浓度范围内表现出选择性的抗微生物和抗真菌活性。将胺引入铜配合物的内球导致抗菌活性的增加。
