Abstract A series of novel nitrogen mustard derivatives of 2, 4, 6-trioxo-1, 3, 5, 2-triazaphosphorine have been synthesized by the cyclization reactions of N, N-bis(2-chloroethyl)amino phosphonyl diisocyanate with amines. The structures of the products were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay indicated that some of the compounds significantly inhibited the
