  The invention relates to novel compounds of formula (I) ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents hydrogen, hydroxy or alkoxy; R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 may be hydrogen or alkyl; and n is 0,1 or 2; and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
