  Reactions of various perfluorinated heteroaromatic substrates such as tetrafluoro-4-cyanopyridine, tetrafluoropyrazine and tetrafluoropyridazine with 1,3-dicarbonyl systems gave corresponding [5,6]-ring fused furo derivatives.
